A tractor-trailer carrying mayonnaise lost control near Springfield, Missouri, spilling 40,000 gallons of the sticky white sandwich helper along Interstate 44. With the freezing temperatures, traversing the mayo slick was "like walking on ice."

As you can see in the raw video above, the piles of mayonnaise had to be cleaned up by crews with bulldozers, shovels, and perhaps giant carrot sticks (not seen on the video). No one was injured in the crash, though we're a bit bummed a giant truck full of sriracha didn't crash into the slick and make our favorite condiment ever. (H/T to everyone for the tip!)
