"You could buy a house for the price of that car," is one of the most common reactions when someone learns about a supercar's sky-high price tag. But what if you could have a car and a house that are both insanely great?
In this latest video from our pals at Petrolicious, we meet Holger Schubert, a guy with great taste in both automobiles and architecture. His ride of choice is a Ferrari 512 BBi, known as the "Berlinetta Boxer" thanks to its glorious 4.9-liter flat-12 engine. Let that sound fill your ears and make your day so much better.
And then there's the 512's home, which is Schubert's studio garage. We've written about this before, and now it's captured in video form.
Everything in the garage was built around the Ferrari itself, and it includes a 16-foot driveway bridge, huge windows, and a mechanical ramp that rolls the car outside.
