Vic Cianca passed away in 2010 at the age of 92, but he'll always be remembered in Pittsburgh. skphoto:
A Pittsburgh legend for over 30 years. Not only was there the dancing, but he'd pretend to be sleeping when making fun of people for driving too slowly, and would act like he was playing a tiny violin while listening to people's stories about why they ran red lights.
He was an all around good guy, too. Trying to foster a positive relationship between the police and the public, helping out wherever he could with changing tires, finding lost children, etc.
