In his latest GM bash, Robert Farago addresses those who would pin the General's turnaround hopes on the results of high-profile market research. Farago, who calls to the mat those who claim anti-GM bias among the media, takes issue with the methodology of "touchy feely" research projects, such as the Strategic Vision's "Total Quality Award," in offering a comprehensive estimate of GM's products. Interesting too, he says, that Strategic's clients number 18 out of the 20 top performers on Total Quality metrics. Hmmm.
