A new study shows that the number-one factor in California's Central Valley air pollution is cattle. And while Minutemen references never go out of style and we love a good fart joke, truth be known, the methane is actually produced more by bovine belching than flatulence. Needless to say, dairy farmers are pretty up in arms about the results and are challenging the conclusion; however, they're still required to take steps to reduce emissions, effective next year. What? Cattle-ytic converters? Oof.
