I'm here at the Mercedes party in NY and they just unveiled officially the S63 AMG Coupe, a V8-powered boulevard bruiser. It has 664 lb-ft of torque, more than a NASCAR Sprint Cup car, which is a thing they just literally said.
Horsepower from the V8 is 577, enough to move all that ass to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds. That's through their 4matic AWD system, so that's a bit of a bummer but entirely expected and the new norm for AMG.
On the inside you can expect all the lovely touches Mercedes offers with the S-Class.
