I was pleasantly surprised last week to learn that the 2014 Lexus IS, unlike most Lexuses, is not a total snoozemobile. It's actually pretty good. But it's got nothing on this bad boy: the 553-horsepower Lexus LFA.
Our friend John Davis at Motorweek is also quick to admit that in the past, Lexus hasn't had the spiciest offerings on four wheels. But even he says he was quite "hyper" to get behind the wheel of the LFA, the brand's limited-production 200-mph exotic.
Featuring a V10 engine with one of the best exhaust notes in the history of sound and just a shitton of carbon fiber, the LFA couldn't be further from the RX or ES in your neighbor's driveway, as Mr. Davis puts it.
As you'll see here, this Lexus is nothing to trifle with. Check it out!
