The new-in-the-UK Citroen C2 (and C3) has the ability to turn off the engine when the car is at a standstill, saving precious petrol while it sits. Although it sounds cool, don't expect to see this technology over on this side of the pond anytime soon, as the car currently only has a 90hp 1.4i 16V petrol engine. Hell, we've seen grass trimmers with bigger engines than that. And, because it's only gonna work when at a standstill, don't expect to see much in the way of fuel savings if you happen to find yourself circlin' a roundabout yellin' at the kids to check out Big Ben.
