This is from a few months ago, but it’s still hilarious. Lewis Hamilton had just won the Formula One World Championship for the second time (spoiler alert), and the BBC was so delirious with excitement over their hometown boy that they completely forgot where their anchor was.

Martine Croxall, ever the complete professional, easily played it off saying “you could pretend that you haven’t noticed” while she sidled on over to the proper part of the studio.
