The 2017 Porsche Panamera cleaned up so nice that it’s my new automotive crush. That’s the good news. The bad news is I can’t afford one.

Two models will be available at the completely redesigned car’s launch in January 2017. The first is the Panamera 4S, with a starting price of $99,900, not including the $1,050 delivery, processing and handling fee.

If the 4S isn’t enough of a drain on your bank account, the other launch model is the Panamera Turbo. It starts at $146,900, also not including the same fee. The 4S packs a 440 horsepower twin-turbo V6, while the Turbo has a 550 HP twin-turbo V8.

Granted, Porsche will almost certainly fill out the range with other models like they did on the outgoing Panamera, a car that started in base form just below $80,000. In the meantime, enjoy the beautification that has taken place here.

It even makes an automatic gear shifter look good. Damn.
