We've been drooling over the 2013 SRT Viper for a solid five months now. With 640 horsepower, 600 pound feet of torque, and a sound that will cause sovereign nations to go to war, we couldn't wait to hear what it would take to get behind the wheel.
And now we know.
If you want to get your grubby mitts on a 2013 SRT Viper, be prepared to shell out $97,395. If you want the more upmarket SRT Viper GTS, be ready to to fork over $120,395.
Both of these prices do not include a $1,995 destination charge. That means the real price is $99,390 for the Viper and $122,390 for the GTS.
Fuel mileage numbers from the EPA haven't been settled yet, so there is no word on what the gas guzzler tax will be. It'll probably be a lot since, well, the Viper has a gigantic V10 and has always guzzled fuel like a teenager drinks beer when his parents aren't home.
Now that we have pricing, perhaps that means we can drive it soon... please.
