Even in 2008, full-size, body on frame SUVs were grasping at straws to survive.

We aren't sure what that means, but the fine folks at MotorWeek said it and it sounds dramatic.

For 2008, Toyota brought out the second generation of the full-size Sequoia SUV. But don't think it got any of the hybrid tech that made the Prius so great. MotorWeek's patented "Energy Impact Score" says that the Sequoia drinks 22.8 barrels of oil each year.
