For everyone (all zero of you) who said, "For my $1.9 million bucks, it'd better be a convertible," the folks at Volks's Alsace bureau say they're building a targa-topped Bugatti Veyron for 2008. The new model won't have room to fit the glass top — to be built by Webasto — on board, so it'll come with a canvas napkin to cover the roof in case of unforseen rain or lugies from resentful Swabians still lamenting the Treaty of Westphalia.
