It seems like years since we first reported on Studio Torino's reworked Porsche Boxster, the RK Spyder, but the car is a reality — and ready for its close-up. The product of an epic partnership between Alfredo Stola, heir to the famed Italian coachbuilding family, and Porsche tuning house Ruf Automobile, the RK is an extremely low-volume (49) bespoke roadster. Edmunds Inside Line's Nick Kurczewski got a chance to drive one of the $231,000 machines to suss out whether its got the x-factor, or if it's just an overpriced tuner. Research is such hard work.
