Reportedly, Dutch sports car maker Spyker has delivered four C8 Laviolette coupes to the set of Basic Instinct 2: Risk Addiction. Youse guys may recall that the Lotus Esprit figured fairly prominently in the original film, including a pretty great chase scene through the streets of San Francisco. One Spyker will be exploded, one will apparently be underwater, and one will most likely be shagged in. The role of the fourth car is apparently a secret, although reportedly it's a "spare", whatever that means. We're not exactly sure what to think of the Spyker, although the C8 does look less cheesy than the folding-fendered GTO in the new XXX: State of the Union trailer.
