We first saw the concept of the Spyker C8 Aileron at Geneva this year, but that version was hard-topped and had a funky green paint job. Autogespot (which has a creepy name in our opinion) has dug up a nice set of spy photos on the Audi-engined, supposedly 400-500 HP (big range huh?) mule version of the supercar undergoing testing somewhere in Europe. The Spyker C8 Aileron, a slightly stretched, aero- and handling-upgraded version of the regular octane C8.
Considering the Dutch builder continually puts out courageously offbeat supercars it's not a surprise they're upgrading their ride with new gadgets and whatnot. However, doesn't calling something an "Aileron" suggest the addition of a flying model? It's really the least they could do. Not to hate the Dutch, because Dutch guys got the touch. [Autogespot]
