MPH's magazine's revamped Web site, now helmed by Dave Thomas — formerly of Auto Blog — has some new spy shots of Bugatti's perennally forthcoming super-dupercar, the 1001hp Veyron. This time, the elusive Bugatti was spotted during hot-weather testing in the American Southwest, land of armadillos and retirees named "Skip." It's the first time we've gotten a glimpse of the Veyron on these shores, and, for Bugatti engineers, likely a welcome change from all that frigid-weather testing in Finland or wherever.
