Luke Duke is finally getting some time behind bars. Tom Wopat, the actor who played Luke Duke on the TV series "The Dukes of Hazzard" looks to be facing a drunken driving charge in northern New Jersey. Wopat was pulled from a Ford Bronco at around 6:30 PM Wednesday after running over some traffic cones and almost hitting Roscoe's a police cruiser. Wopat was no doubt drunk as a skunk on some of Uncle Jesse's moonshine.
