Whoa. We just had a Tesla moment. Eep. (And yes, we know it's a cover.) This morning, in Greater San Diego, a malfunctioning hydraulic system on a waste-disposal truck sent a big ol' recycling container into an all-lanes-spnning sign. Estimated to weigh 32,000 pounds, the sign came crashing down, smashing an Elantra and a Jetta. Thankfully, nobody was seriously injured. Where did we get this info, you may ask? None other than SignOnSanDiego.com. Ah, serendipity.
