For some reason, this one really makes us giggle. Ariel Sharon's fleet of armored Volvos rolled through Israel for months with dangerously hacked-up chassis, as a result of piss-poor workmanship when some undisclosed "security device" was installed. Apparently, during the installation, workers cut nearly all the way through the front half of the frame. The flaw was only discovered when a freaking door fell off one of the cars under its own weight. Once on the lift, Shin Bet-employed mechanics noticed the problem with the frame, and the eight cars were recalled and replaced by a backup fleet. With Sharon's famous temper, how much you wanna bet some heads are gonna roll over this one? We've got a feeling that you won't be seeing those guys on Monster Garage anytime soon.
