Russian Bus Finds New Way To Stop

Public roads are a real hazard in Russia. When they're not trying to get you somewhere, they're trying to kill you – something we've proven again and again and again. Now it's public transportation that will kill you, in the form of a complete lack of brakes.

I find it fascinating how this type of insanity is now so common in Russia that no passing drivers stop. They just keep going, as if nothing ever happened.
