Celebrating the IRL's first race in its ten year history on a permanent road course, Buddy Rice and Danica Patrick will take to the streets of San Francisco in the Chocolate Mini-Grand Prix on August 24, a publicity event prior to the running of the Argent Mortgage Indy Grand Prix at the facility known to diehards as Sears Point. While we don't have the purse totals for the race in Sonoma, we do know that the winner of the Mini-Grand Prix gets a 10-pound chocolate bar from confectioner Ghirardelli. No word whether Detectives Stone and Keller will be in attendance.
