Renault Reveals New Concept Coupe for Geneva

Renault will roll out a new conceptual shooting brake (that's a two-door wagon to non-Brits) at the Geneva show. Dubbed the Altica, it's a small car with a rheumy (whoops, that's roomy) interior, with nifty dials and sci-fi appointments, and a Renault-Nissan 170hp diesel engine under the hood. Its design incorporates cues introduced on Renault's Egeus crossover concept it showed at the Frankfurt soir e last September, though the Altica (a "very high tica" in Spanish) also appears like a highly stylized Megane, the company's Euro hatchback. Oh, and scissor doors! Gotta have those scissor doors.
