The "Prison Break" actor of 26, saw his SUV strike a tree Saturday night in Beverly Hills, killing a 17-year-old boy and injuring two 15-year-old girls. Garrison received only minor injuries, but authorities are still trying to determine who was driving. Garrison plays the role of "Tweener" on Fox's show about fighting the law after the law's won. There's no word yet on the type of SUV he was driving, whether alcohol was involved and more importantly, what the hell a 26-year-old man was doing in the rear seat of an SUV with two 15-year-old girls.
