If you call the Pratt and Miller Corvette C6RS a race car for the street, the MotorWeek staff will find you. And they will eliminate you.
Pratt and Miller builds Chevy's Corvette race cars, which means that the C6RS really does have the soul of a champion.
And it is just the soul, because pretty much everything has been changed from the donor 'Vette. The engine, interior, and most of the body panels are replaced. But you end up with what could be described as a naturally aspirated ZR1.
Ignoring the cliches in the review, this one is just a lot of fun to watch. Enjoy it.
MotorWeek Theater is our showcase of some of our favorite classic reviews from public television's finest motoring program. How does this video only have 15,754 views? It's about a car nobody gas ever heard of!
