This year's LA Auto Show has been fertile (carpeted convention center) ground for perspective-shifted automotive announcements. While Toyota's Camry Hybrid was dubbed best green car, Saturn and GM sketched out plans to bring a plug-in hybrid to the market. The not-too-shabby-but-could-be-better numbers are in on Saturn's 2007 Aura Green Line hybrid, as well. And although Arnold did show and gave his benediction, the anticipated announcement of a new biofuels initiative did not come.
