Smart Cars, despite fits and starts and financial ills, are still coming to America. The Tour de Sol, a yearly clean vehicle festival, is on its way in May. Though the verdict on the Honda Accord Hybrid is somewhat less shining than we might have hoped, we can wait, because Honda has hinted that the FCX fuel cell car could go into production in a mere three to four years. Also, a nice piece from ABC News on how to get into a car from one of the Big Four: biodiesel, hybrid, CNG, and ethanol.
