Great news today for fans of the iRacing simulator game who own Macs and don't want to have to screw with Boot Camp or some other Windows utility: an OS X version of iRacing is now available.

Previously, iRacing was available to users who could boot Windows on their Macs, but now the game will run natively in OS X. All you need is OS X 10.6, 10.7, or 10.8, Intel HD Graphics 4000 or better, 2 GB of Ram, 6 GB of free hard drive space, and a microphone if you want to voice chat.

Check out iRacing's site for more details. Any Mac gamers out there who want to get in on this now? I think I may have to join the party too.
