Nissan Officially Unveils 2006 350z Models

Following a teaser shot, yesterday, Nissan released more photos of its updated 350z for 2006. And by updated, we mean barely, since a reported front-end facelift looks like barely a facial, thought our eyes did linger on those stylish new alloys, which are standard on the '06 Z's Grand Touring Coupe edition. The interior looks like it's gotten some minor tweaks, though those deep-dish gauges still dominate the dash, thankfully (or have they? — there's no shot from the driver's view). The car was revealed at this year's Z-Car Convention, hosted by the Z-Car Clubs of New York at the Watkins Glen Road Course in upstate New York. Z-buffs also got to see an autocross competition, drifting demonstration, car show and sock hop dance (why, Yutaka Katayama, why?).
