While some people gripe that major- league drag racing has become too corporate over the years, access to the drivers and crews is still a lot less restricted than in other forms of major motorsport, which is something we've always loved about it. The NHRA has added to this sense of high-performance glasnost with their driver blogs, which include random musings on the day-to-day life as a professional racing driver from luminaries in Pro Stock, Funny Car, Top Fuel, Pro Stock Bike, and Top Alcohol Dragster. And then realize that race car drivers are just as boring as the rest of us.
