Newly elected Detroit Public Schools board member Sherry Gay-Dagnogo posts on Facebook that she ran into AWOL Detroit City Council President Charles Pugh on Sunday in New York City, where we told you he was sighted on Friday. Pugh is "physically OK," Gay-Dagnogo says.
