We were just sitting here listening to our Bo Bice albums and playing Risk with ourself (we win!), when in comes an e-mail from The German Car Blog. It seems the old Auto Union boys have announced (in German) that the long-awaited little brother to the new Audi Q7, the Q5, will be built At Audi Werk Ingolstadt on the banks of the Danube in Germany. The company's investing Nearly $400 million in the facilities, and hiring allocating 1,700 new employees to swing the hammers. The new crossover SUV, which will be based on the A4, will likely appear in 2007 as a 2008 model.
