Investigators in South Africa solved the mystery of a ghostly Renault Megane that appeared to "jump" up a hill, according to several eyewitnesses. The car, which had been left in reverse gear, apparently lurched backward when its starter motor activated — the result of an electrical short caused by a rusty cable. Residents were relieved to hear the car wasn't possessed by demons, but dismayed to learn the undead can't drive stick shift.
