Motorcycle-powered buggy terrorizes quiet village

You think you're the sort that lives on the edge. You sneer at mainstream concerns about safe vehicles. We have found your kindred spirit — and his bonkers way to test your righteous attitude about living the daring life.

The engine is a 100-horsepower V-4 from a Honda VFR750 motorcycle. The buggy is a minimalist tube-frame tech wonder (inboard rocker-arm suspension!), almost an Ariel Atom for the quad-runner set. The creator is a certifiably insane mechanical and conceptual genius. The result is both hair-raising and utterly magnificent. (The fun really starts three minutes in, but like the chase scene in Bullitt it's totally worth it to let the anticipation build a bit.)
