As part of a charity event between Primedia and eBay, a team from Motor Trend magazine took a 2000 VW Golf GTI — bought on eBay Motors — and turned it into a supercar beater. Many of the performance-enhancing parts, including with an Audi AWD system, 427-hp turbocharged VR6 engine, and Euro-spec R32 body kit, were bought on eBay as well. Now that the car's finished, and being auctioned for charity on eBay, its circle of life will soon be complete. Is there a chakra for being able to smoke all four tires?
