A Duesenberg J, owned by Al Capone's consigliere, Jake "the Barber Factor sold for $880,00 at an auction in Canada. The Duesenberg, which had a 265hp, 420ci, double overhead cam, straight eight, was the car for fat cats and Diamond Jims alike, costing over $20,000 new, at a time when the average price of a new car was $500. Check out the gallery, and note the "branded" windshield wiper controls. (It's the little things that get us.)
