When 24-year-old Devon Kiss asked Thomas Esposito why he'd parked in and walked away from a handicap-only spot, the response was "None of your frickin' business." Kiss then ran over Esposito with his Cadillac.
Esposito had indeed parked illegally in a handicapped spot, so of course that meant Kiss had no choice but to run over him. After mowing him down, Kiss fled the scene only to return later and fess up to police. Esposito sustained injuries to his right elbow and both arms and hands but will recover, and ironically, probably get a temporary handicapped permit. [Knox News]
