With JCTC racing having debuted last fall in California, Import Tuner magazine examined one of the winning cars in Japan's answer to Nascar. It's the 2004 JGTC GT300 class champion, the #16 M-Tec (formerly Honda tuner, Mugen) NSX, a tire smoker with designs on Sebring racing. We definitely have to check this monkey out next year, hopefully up close.
