I am still missing the point of where Ford is headed. Front drive luxury cars are not what the market desires (As Cadillac proved in the 80s/90s) and the Ford brand seems too intent on making too many models from too few platforms.

The D3 platform was long in the tooth when it was leveraged from Volvo and now it is pushing 15 years of age and underpinning Ford's latest vehicles.

Despite Ford being all the rage, I am worried about their future in the automotive market.
