Lexus LF-A: It's Got a V10

Those right wacky Brits at AutoExpress say they have the scoop on the Lexus LF-A, caught recently during a track-testing session. AE says the V8 vs V10 debate is over, with the V10 taking a victory lap. The ten banger, producing at least 500 hp, is based on Toyota's former F1 powerplant, AE says. According to reports, Toyota bosses have also revealed the LF-A will have "the ultimate weight balance," presumably 50-50, despite its front-engine orientation. Word is, there's no Supra replacement in the works; this six-figure job may be the closest we'll get.
