Police in Los Angeles responded late Sunday to a head-on crash involving a Lamborhini Huracán and a Ford Mustang that, according to the Los Angeles Daily News, left two men injured.
Photos at the crash scene showed both cars ripped to shreds, with both having their front-ends reduced to unusable rubble.
The Daily News reported that speed was a factor in the crash, but it wasn’t yet clear if alcohol or drugs played a role. The Los Angeles police department’s valley traffic division is investigating the incident.
A spokesperson for the LAPD said no additional information was available Monday morning, but overall, it hasn’t been a pleasant few weeks for Lambo drivers around the U.S. Over the weekend in Chicago, one driver somehow ended up under a Honda Civic.
And recently a Lamborghini Huracán Performante had to watch his beloved ride go up in flames at a gas station, following the recent GoldRush Rally that ended in Las Vegas.
Stay safe out there.
