On American shores, the Capri is one of Ford's underloved marques, although it's had a model history that's spanned Lincoln, Mercury, and its own brand that happened to be sold through Lincoln/Mercury dealerships. But on the continent, and especially in the British Isles, the Capri in Euro-ponycar form had a long and fruitful life.
