Considering a speeding ticket in Finland will cost you 10 percent of your yearly income, driving fast on frozen lakes is probably the more sober choice. Finn rally veteran Juha Kankkunen recently set the world ice driving speed record, knocking on 200 mph's door in his personal Bentley Continental GT. Word is, his spiked tires were spinning even at speeds of over 125 mph. He hit 199.86 mph, breaking the previous record of 184.14 mph, set in 1995 by Gildo Pallanca-Pastor of Monaco in a Bugatti EB110 Supersport.
