America's mugshot photographers rarely have quite as much mystery to work with as in this case from Oklahoma, where this ninja allegedly dragged a pedestrian 100 feet before fleeing. Rodeo clown? Juggalo? Mime angry that he lives in Oklahoma?
Police in Bartlesville, Okla., arrested Andrew Joseph Davis, 20, on Tuesday night following the incident; Davis now faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon and a felony hit and run. Witnesses say Davis and another occupant of a black Plymouth Neon were yelling after striking a 47-year-old man, with one saying the car's occupants chanted "whoop, whoop." The pedestrian was hospitalized.
When he was arrested, Davis told police he was trying to get away from the man who approached his car without warning and punched Davis in the face. Police now say they don't believe Davis identifies himself as a Juggalo, the Faygo-swilling acolytes of rap act Insane Clown Posse, although he may need to wish for some miracles.
H/T to Swine!
