Why you should buy this car:
Because you want an SUV that packs over 400 horsepower, runs a low 13-second quarter mile, handles like a slot car, and goes 0-60 in under five seconds. Because you like the idea of a vehicle assembled in Detroit, USA and Graz, Austria - next town over from Thal, where California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was born.

Why you should not buy this car:
Because you are one of the few people that actually uses the towing, hauling, or off-road capability of an SUV.

DISCUSSION

4.5 second 0-60 for a 4800+ lb. vehicle with only 420 horsepower?

Maybe once, downhill. What were you guys using, a G-Tech Pro?

All wheel drive only gets you so far. This thing is good for high 4's tops.

These are funny. They aren't all that much faster than regular Grand Cherokee Limiteds with the Hemi; about 4 lengths by 70 mph.

They can't haul, tow or go offroad and they ride pretty damned harsh.

You COULD save ~15 grand by getting an EVO or STI that would do everything better while getting almost twice the gas mileage. Either of those still have brembo brakes too. Of course then you could be construed as a ricer. Albeit one who would beat up on an SRT-8 Jeep.

I would get a rego' Grand Cherokee Limited with a Hemi over this anyday. Then I could actually tow my REAL performance car to the track.
