The 2015 BMW M4 is without a doubt one of the performance cars of the moment. It offers great performance for the money with 425 horsepower for just $64,200, but is its performance good enough to take down the mighty Porsche 911 Carrera? The guys at EVO went to Anglesey Circuit to find out.
The base 991 Carrera has to make do with "just" 350 horsepower, but it's got less weight to carry around than the larger M4. Both are equipped with quick dual clutch gearboxes, so this stacks up to be quite an interesting fight.
I don't want to spoil the video, so I won't mention the winner here but it's quite a good battle. In any case it's impressive that a practical car like the BMW M4 is worth being compared to a thoroughbred sports car like the 911.
