Hyundai just fired off a missive announcing it will debut the Veracruz crossover SUV at the 2007 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. Pictures of the new, seven-passenger ute — which the company confirms will be powered by its new 3.8-liter V6 hooked to a six-speed autobox and all-wheel drive — are forthcoming (later this month, barring early leakages). Hyundai also admitted it's been misleading the press about the name, which it had said would be "Mesa," adding, "Nyah nyah nyah. You suck."
