Over the weekend, Hydrogen-powered cars were deemed the most efficient among those competing in the Shell Eco-marathon at a former Grand Prix test in Gers, France. One of those cars, the PAC II, built by the Swiss Ecole Polytechnique Federale, set a new world record of 3,836 km per liter. using less overall energy when considering the materials used to make the car and the fuel."
