Huge Crash Mars The Start Of The Indianapolis Grand Prix (UPDATE)

A huge collision occurred right at the start of the inaugural IndyCar Indianapolis Grand Prix involving Carlos Munoz, Mikhail Aleshin, and Sebastian Saavedra. It looks as if Saavedra suffered some sort of electrical failure, preventing his car from launching, even while it sat on pole.

All three drivers thankfully walked away.

The Mayor of Indianapolis was reportedly hit by debris as well, though there's no word yet on his condition:

UPDATE: Stand down, everyone, CRISIS AVERTED.The Mayor has found a Band-Aid. I repeat, the Mayor has found a Band-Aid.
