Every so often, a bridge or a tunnel or a road has outlived its use and needs to go. That's when the engineers bring the explosives, and that's when we turn on our cameras.
Today we saw the U.S. 281 truss bridge over Lake Marble Falls in Texas get efficiently and awesomely blown up. Up above is last year's amazing Fort Steuben Bridge blast in Ohio. Have you ever seen a better video of a piece of transportation infrastructure getting exploded?
